Dallas Fort was a great salesman and made my purchase EFFORTLESS. Price negotiating was simple and there was no pressure to buy! A truly rare experience in the car market today as I have had multiple salesmen at other dealerships not want to negotiate at all while still saying how the car wasn't going to last at the price it was at when it was way over valued.

From the moment I walked through the door they made the sales experience like sitting down with friends. Both of them were super honest, professional, and outstanding from start to finish. I never felt any pressure to make a decision. From the moment I drove off the lot I have been singing their praises to all of my family and friends. To get great customer service I had to travel one hour and thirty minutes. YES there is one closer but you go where you're treated properly! Volvo Baton Rouge hospitality, fast and efficient service, and customer service was 5 stars!

Very poor service department. Scheduled appointment for 10am for oil change. Dropped off at 4pm the day before. Took 2 phone calls and 20 minutes to get thru to the correct person in service. Still not ready at 3 pm, might be ready by 4 or 4:30. Rudely told by service advisor they have been busy. Expected more from a Volvo dealership.
