I have been going to Prime Volvo South Shore for years...Courtney and her service staff are simply the best - always easy to get an appointment and a loaner car. They explain everything and recommend only essential work that needs to be completed. My car always looks and runs perfectly when I leave their service center. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to work on my Volvo!

The folks at Volvo South Shore made this process so easy for us. Came in as a walk in, shared our budget limits, and they were able to put us in the XC40 we wanted! Very professional staff. Very efficient process. Volvo South Shore has earned themselves lifelong customers.

My “low battery charge” came on. I was greeted upon arrival, immediately assisted at the desk and told I might need a new battery- which was the case. I was kept informed via texts and in person as I waited in the clean spaced- apart waiting room. An assistant also sanitized my car on the drivers side before it was serviced. The car was washed at the end - always a nice finale. Masks were worn by everyone.

Great group of professional, helpful and polite employees. Pat my service technician kept me updated regarding my oil change process and offered to replace my inspection sticker that was over due. Also had a concern about a registration issue. The managers provided information on how to resolve it that was very helpful. Very comfy waiting accommodations. Snacks and coffee available.
