One star because I had to put one to write the review. Stay away from this company. The owner and son that run this business are awful. Only care about taking your money. My wife worked for them briefly until an auto accident. They literally cleaned out her personnel file and tried to state that they did not receive hospital and doctor notes about her injuries and that she could not work. Andrew actually called the insurance company and lied to them about my wife and prevented her from receiving her much needed back wage settlement with them. These people are pure evil and money hungry. Your loved ones will not receive proper care and if you are thinking about working with them...DON'T! There are many reputable companies that you can make more money and know you are not part of a sleazy company. Alpha has been turned in to the appropriate agencies and we will also filing our own suit against them. Companies like this should not be allowed to stay in business.

The office in layton is amazing.. I don't know what to say about how I feel........ they helped us with the process and we felt so much love. Its flooring to see someone introduced into our lives that automatically understood our concerns and feelings. I cant express how much they improved my families lives over the past few months. Its been tough, but they were with us every step of the way. I will always be grateful to every one at Alpha. Thank you so much.
This company was wonderful in the care it provided to my grandparents before they passed away. Everything they needed was provided, or ordered in if it wasn't readily available. I especially want to thank Courtney (aid), Tony (social worker), Stacy (aid), Matt (chaplain), Courtney (social worker), Rebecca (massage therapist), but above all, I want to express our sincere thanks and love to Ashley, their nurse. She was INSTRUMENTAL in keeping my grandparents healthy, comfortable and happy for as long as she could, and was there for us as a family in every way, including attending their funerals. If it wasn't for her, I don't know what we would have done. I only have one complaint: Dr. Allred. I'm sure he's a great doctor in his own office, but when he came to our home (which was only 3 times in the 3-4 years my grandparents were on hospice) he didn't seem like he had a clue what to do. We found out other patients had similar complaints, and it didn't make us very comfortable with his care or his expertise. Other than that detail, we loved everything we got with Alpha. Thank you all so much for making everything so much easier!
Super caring staff at all locations!
Yeah this place really sucks they drug my husband around for 3 weeks before they actually had him start working and then we have an emergency and he is fired after one day of employment the explanation was that he was hired and they didn't have enough patience to fill the position so therefore they were not in need of his Services as a registered nurse yeah I wouldn't work for these guys either I wouldn't let anybody that I love being there care knowing just how backstabbing business people these guys are they don't care about the patient they care about the pocketbook good luck Alpha Home Health I hope you don't have to find out with one star ratings just how horrible you are.
