Kim and Rodney Miller and their experienced staff did a fabulous job of providing 24/7 care for my sister in law after she suffered two strokes within a period of about five weeks. On very short notice, Kim met my niece and I to discuss our needs. She was able to quickly identify several staff members who were a perfect fit and I couldn’t recommend Home Care Assistance enough.

Kimberly and her team at Home Care Assistance of Orlando were wonderful. They met us at the hospital to review the plan of care prior to bringing the patient home. They went above and beyond with the constant adjustments in our schedule. Each and every caregiver that came to the home was knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. I would highly recommend!
Look no further! I cannot say enough about this company. My mother has been receiving in-home care from several agencies in a couple of states for almost 10 years. We have never encountered such a professionally run organization with the most amazing caregivers. The CNAs are extremely competent and extraordinarily compassionate. The are not doing a "job", they are answering a call. This is obvious in the way they approach their work and carry out their responsibilities. In addition to the thorough and compassionate care, they always go above and beyond what is expected to make sure everything in the house is in order. I can't say enough how much burden has been lifted from my family during this time. One CNA, in particular (Slandie), who spends the most time with my mother noticed my mother was struggling more than usual and brought to our attention a dark stool (which easily could have been missed). The next day my mother was admitted to the hospital with low hemoglobin and fluid retention -- she is improving and expected to be discharged soon! In addition to the competence, promptness, professionalism and responsiveness, the head of the company stopped by on my mom's birthday with a cake, balloon, and card! It is obvious the "over the top" care is part of the culture of the organization. They even offer in-hospital care and companionship, which will will utilize if the stay extends much longer. My Mother is 110 years old and has found herself in home care. I contacted Home Care Assistance and have been totally happy with the outcome. Every person they send has a unique response to my Mother. They are all trained in patient care and have taught me so much helpful information to care for my Mother. I now have a regular staff of caregivers my Mother loves and I depend on.
My family had a great experience with this company and specifically with the placement of Raymond, a caregiver for my grandfather. My grandfathers wishes were to have at home hospice/ care, until the end of his life, so he could be at home with his family. It would not have been possible without Raymond and Home Care Assistance. The owner Kim, and Rodney were great to work with and found a great match for us right away. I would highly recommend them.
This business knows that your people are your best advertisement. From the manager/owners to all the other folks there the focus is on client comfort, dignity, and satisfaction. I highly recommend these folks if you want that approach to apply to your loved-ones situation. They are flexible and try to keep a customized client approach.
I had a very good experience with the caretakers and administrators of the Home Care Assistance Of Orlando. They took good care of my Mom who was 103 for over a year of daily care and companionship. It gave me the time to run errands throughout the week, knowing my Mom was in good hands and was being well taken care of. I highly recommend this home care service for your loved ones.
