My experience of this company is this. I know 2 people that work for this company and it is definitely not the company to work for. Same stories, different people. If you are looking for employment at this company please ( for you or your families benefit ) go somewhere else. They do not know how to manage employees and pay them correctly. I would give them a ZERO STAR if I could but Google will not let me.

My mother passed this past August. Going roughly two years back, we used HOS to help my mother. We had a total of 4 ladys come.. One of them in my opinion stole my mothers wheel chair, one was very helpful to my mother but she did not last because at times my mother was hard to deal with. The last lady in my opinion was lazy and also two of my mothers checks came up missing and one was cashed. We made a police report. Be careful with this company and make sure you screen the persons coming to your loved ones house.

Let me start off by saying I was employed by this company and it’s the worst company I have ever heard of or worked for. Helping Our Seniors does not care about their clients or employees, all they care about is the money. Martha and Tiffany are very unprofessional, they don’t care if there is a death in the family, your child’s needs or the well being of the client. They throw whoever into a house and have them work, they put us on long hours without breaks or lunch’s. They do not pay over time, bonuses, time off or sick leave. If you want your loved ones taken care of then do not send them here!! They fire with no regards or notice to their employees, so your job is not secure. They do not stick up for you in any situation and add to the drama. The lack of consideration from the agency is unreal. I have watched them talk behind people’s backs and I cannot explain how unprofessional they are. I called to speak to them and discuss something with Martha and she hung up on me and never called back. Tiffany gets an attitude with everything and calls to confront people and argue with them about unnecessary things. I was really excited at first to work for this company and being new to the area I thought it would be a good place to work but I have learned differently first hand in the few months I have worked here. I would not recommend anyone to send their loved ones to this company or anyone to apply for this company.

Worked here as a provider before becoming a nurse. Great place to work. You get paid weekly and the patients are cool. Was a single parent and some times was late due to not having a sitter or car issues. Happened on two occasions. Office staff and patient families were never upset but understanding. If you wanna work a few shifts or going to school I'd recommend.
