Awful experience waited 2 hours to be picked up. Call them 3 or 4 times and even had the doctors office call them twice and it took them hours to get back. You are never sure where they are and their customer service is pathetic! I would give no stars at all.....terrible company!

Almost ran into me on my way home from work. Did not have lights or sirens on. Ambulance number 63. Just saying if one of them hits me, they are paying for the damage.
