Management is either totally inept or lacking in truth. Lived here for decades and moved out October 28th. Still haven't gotten my security deposit back! Have called countless times and they swear they will get back to me and they don't. Sent a demand letter Feb 1st and they say they didn't get it. Apparently the mail isn't delivered there! Honesty and integrity are lost on the people running this place. Do not move there and expect professionalism from them.

Positives: A FEW of the neighbors are great Negatives: Takes forever to hear back about your application. pool is never open. Most neighbors are rude and nosey. Rent isn't what they say it is, its actually more.

STAY AWAY FROM ARDMORE VILLAGE MOBILE HOME PARK. TOOK MY APPLICATION, WAS DENIED DUE TOO DEBT TOO INCOME. PROVED TOO THEM WITH 3 OF THE CREDIT BUREAU, THAT MY DTI WAS ONLY AT 10 PERCENT AND THEY STILP DENIED ME. I HAD TOO CALL THEM EVERYDAY ALL DAY WITH NO RESPONSE, JUST TOO FIND OUT. THEY ARE ALWAYS IN THE OFFICE BUT NEVER RETURN PHONE CALLS. CANT IMAGINE LIVING THERE NOW AFTER ALL THIS. UNBELIEVABLE, NEED NEW MANAGEMENT, DAWN NOR KYLE GOT BACK TOO US JUST EVEN FOR AN UPDATE, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL
