Rent very reasonable. Park not maintained. Rotting treees, roads in need of serious repair. Garbage always everywhere from apartments nearby. Only thing that gets maintenance is lawn care. Old owners were very on top of making it a great park but since new ones took over nothing but lawn is taken care of.
