Very quiet well maintained park. Billy is very helpful if there is any kind of problem. Jay is a delight to speak with he is always concerned about the residents.. Kathy was very helpful when we were doing our paperwork for the house and Jeanette has always helped whenever we had a problem !!! Can’t wait for the pool to open. Fingers crossed it will be able to be opened next season

The Orchards MHC is a beautiful place to call home if you are looking for a great home site!!! The staff is very friendly and willing to please. The community is quiet and well kept.

Love living here in The Orchards. I've watched the community for years before moving here and have seen many improvements. Staff is very professional and helpful. If you feel they have been rude, it may be because they have a job to do, working for us. I purchased a pre-owned home, and just as with any pre-owned home, there may be some problems the home owner needs to address. The staff here is very helpful and willing to help resolve any issues I've had (which has only been a few minor). It is a quiet community with wonderful neighbors. The staff trucks have been very busy placing new and pre-owned homes near me, so yes a LOT of truck activity. Anticipating as the community fills up with new neighbors the truck traffic will slow down.

My husband and I moved here in December of 2019. The staff here is wonderful, especially Kathy, Jeanette and Jay. The grounds are kept up and any issues with our house are dealt with in a very timely manner. I absolutely love it here. I would highly recommend this community for anyone over 55 yrs.
