Moved our home here October 2020 We wanted to move our home from a park with no rules..(we were just waiting for the gun fire), but were having a problem finding a park with a lot big enough for our home. Gordon found us a spot, prepped the lot, and was here to greet us when our home arrived. We love it here. It's quiet. It has shade. The colors in the Fall are beautiful. Management is helpful and friendly.

During the last couple of years the new ownership, management and staff have made tremendous improvements. Very clean and pleasant. Great customer service, the new home selections are fantastic, and the staff works hard to make it a great place to live. Purchasing a home is easy. Great homes to choose from, Gordon is fantastic to work with. Great loan options and the loan process is easy! This is a great community and a great value!

I have been able to visit Swartz Creek Meadows twice. This is a beautiful mobile home community. Gordon and Toni are doing an awesome job of running this community. I would strongly suggest that individuals thinking about moving into this community do so. I am sure they will be very pleased!

Let me tell you how amazing these folks are, my father recently passed away, and it left my mom in a bind and all alone (she suffers from MS and is confined to a wheelchair), I wanted her closer to me, so we had her trailer moved here to Swartz Creek Meadows. (I've lived here for about 6 years). The wonderful people here made sure that my mother was not only accommodated, but they helped her fix things around her place and went above and beyond for her! Built her a lovely porch with a new ramp! They have worked their tails off to make sure my mother's every need was taken care of! But on top of all that they gave us peace of mind! Gorden and Tasha and all the awesome people employed here have made my mom feel welcome, safe and happy! You guys are fantastic, and from the bottom of all of our hearts, THANK YOU!! You guys did an amazing job!

I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived to possibly buy a home. Office staff was beyond timely, professional and compassionate. Very nice pools, nice large park, beautiful Clubhouse to accommodate gatherings. Property management and maintenance is exceptional. Always nice to see them in general. They are consistently working on improvements. Our neighbors look out for one another. Very happy and thankful we are here. Highly Recommended.
