This lab keeps sending bill, for six months back. My insurance company stated that they have cleared all the claims. Frustrating thing is nobody picks up the phone. I hope they are not covering their unpaid bill of un-insured from the insured patients.

I went to see the doctor. I made the Co'payment. After a couple of weeks i started receiving bill after bill. I was confused so i called my insurance company and they told me we paid the bill in full; I don't know why your receiving a bill to pay. I called the company over and over. Left voice mails. No one got back to me. I finally got a hold of a lady and she calmed that my insurance didn't pay the full amount. AFTER She Calmed that my insurance didn't pay the bill full!,,, i told her i called my insurance and gave her the (confirmation number of payment) She then said \woops we must of sent those bills by mistake\.
