This was our first time using an auto broker so I was skeptical that this process would be a smooth one. Not only was the process smooth but Pete at Auto Brokers Network exceeded my expectations! Not only did Pete get us into the exact BMW that we wanted, at awesome price points, but he handled every facet of the dealings at the dealership and even worked out an awesome deal with our previous leased vehicle that we were returning. I was referred by a friend. I didn't really want to visit the dealership all by myself. So I called Pete and he met me there. My Honda was also there already before I arrived. All I had to do really was to sign the paperwork. Pete was even there with me in the finance office reviewing my contract. I felt that I was really been taken care of. I also got a great deal on the car and I didn't even have to pay for the extra accessories they added on. Thanks Pete for making this the easiest purchase ever.

I wasn't sure what to expect before contacting Pete from Auto Brokers Network. I didn't even know that there was a car buying service like this before. Pete was very professional and transparent when I first called. First he would describe the process and then the best part, his fees. There wasn't any. I was surprise to learn that not only will they help me find the car of my choice, negotiate the terms, review the sales contract, but do this without a fee. As a single mother, I dread going to the dealership. I just feel that the salesman and managers are not looking in my best interest. I've bought cars before through them and have always had a bad experience. One day while discussing this with a friend of mine, she suggest talking with Auto Brokers Network. She have use them for her last vehicle purchase and have nothing but good things to say. So I've decided to contact them and see what kind of service they can provide to me. I didn't know what kind of vehicle I want, so they schedule a few test drives for me. I went to the dealership on my day off and talk to a very knowledgeable salesman. He was not rude nor pushy. He knows that an Auto Broker was representing me and that all interaction will be directed toward them. I like the fact that the dealership doesn't have my info. and will not be contacting me. After I've decided which vehicle to choose from, it only took the next day to finalize the paperwork. My broker ask me if I would prefer meeting him at the dealership to sign the paperwork or have the vehicle and paperwork drop off at my home, office, or at the broker's office. The vehicle was delivered to my home and it literally took a few minutes to sign the paperwork. WOW. Not only did I got a great deal on my new Toyota, but I really save a lot of time as well. Buying a car should be like this for everyone. I feel my broker really appreciate my time and listen to my needs to the tee. I will definitely be calling them again when my brother is ready to get his car. Thanks a bunch ABN.

Talk about the best decision I've made. I was really frustrated after dealing with my local dealership. Spent 4 hours with the store and got nowhere. After I Google a local auto broker, I've found Auto Brokers Network. A day later, I've got my car and cheaper than my local dealership. I didn't even have to pay a broker's fee. Their service is currently free of charge.
