Autofair Haverhill gave me the best price for the Subaru I was shopping for. We were able to come to reasonable terms with trade in in a couple hours. Our sales rep was Katrina. Freindly and efficient. Highly recommend. Financial area run with professional focused service. Outstanding job on finance procurement. Outstanding. Service department: dropped the ball on price and parts. They couldn't get me the correct mats for the new model year. I would highly recommend the parts department of Granite Subaru of Hudson NH. Ask for Gary. Got the correct parts in one call one visit. Saved 50.

Update: I received a call from the Service Director and discussed my issue. Joe was very understanding and resolved my concerns. I'm revising my rating as I believe my issue was a simple mistake and not reflective of their normal service. After my experience, I recommend calling if you have any issues. Initially rated 2 stars because they didn't complete service as expected, but they were very friendly when the car was brought in for service, and I'm still optimistic that the work they actually completed was done correctly. Had my Forester in for the recommended service at 24k miles. This includes checking tire pressure, and that was not done. I knew one tire was low when my daughter took the car in, the service record shows a checkmark indicated all four tires were checked and \good\. The next day the tire pressure indicator light came on due to low tire pressure on the same tire that was low when dropped off. Checking the tire pressure and adding air should be one of the simpler services included. I had concern about other checks being completed and that the additional work they recommend was necessary. As info, I did have my daughter add air to the tire and no drop in pressure for the last 3 weeks.
