We have been a customer of Aztil for the past 5 years, and I have to say the service has always been the best. very professional, courteous and honest technicians.Our recent a/c maintenance continued to provide the same quality of professional service. The two service technicians that came were great Jon M and Steve B. Very thorough and efficient, check our system completely. Installed a new UV light bulb and cleaned the drain line etc Two great service men, will ask for them in the future. We renewed our 5 year contract with Aztil with confidence of continued great service!

I am very satisfied with installation of my new air conditioner in my house. The work was done a couple week ago. I compared Aztil price with other AC company. Aztil price was more reasonable and affordable. When Installers were installing my unit they were clean, neat, and polite and seemed very competent. They did everything promised. I cannot speak highly enough of our super kind technician, Randy, who came out to assess our AC today. Randy took the time to walk us through photos of the issues in our AC and offered to take care of it ASAP as he already had the parts in his truck - LOVE the preparedness! We are new to Florida. My neighbor recommended Aztil for duct work cleaning. I could not have been more pleased. Paul G. showed up right on time, was very pleasant and professional. He inspected our air conditioner and advised us on how to proceed to eliminate mold and keep our air fresh and germ free. Paul was efficient and quite knowledgeable. Paul is an excellent representative for Aztil. I would recommend Aztil without hesitation.

I contacted Aztil in mid January to help install the new ductless mini-split system for a home addition I'm building. They had a sales rep come out to give me an estimate. Their estimate were reasonable, and they had been responsive. I decided to went ahead with the service order at the end of January, and I provided them with the information needed for getting a sub-permit. Things got quiet from there; I understand it's been a busy time for those in the construction industry, so I waited for a couple weeks. I decided to reach out again after the third weeks of zero communication. I called the office and left a few messages before someone returned my calls days later. Everyone I talked to doesn't have a clue of what is going on. This goes on for a couple days until I reached out by email to their permit coordinator; she doesn't know what's going on neither and pointed me to Sam. Today, I called Sam, and he said he'll have to look at my file before he can get back to me. Soon after my call with Sam, I got a call from Mark, who ask me to approve an additional 15% increase from the original estimate because they didn't include the duct work into the original estimate. Mistakes happen, and I would have been ok with this from the beginning. I'm not ok with them asking for more money after waiting four weeks with zero contact, zero work done. Why couldn't someone contact me as soon as mistakes were found in the original estimate? So, No I can't recommend their service to anyone.
