After wrote the last comment, the owner called me and he said that he will send some guy to fix all problems....... after 3 weeks he never show up.. I texted him many times and responded a few text; and now disappear ... Now I have another issue too ,they didn’t install the flow sensor, and now I have the alarm in my phone every Time is rain and the pool is over flow....!!!!!Also I sent to him the picture with the granite countertop with all water for like 3 days, because it is unlevel....... terrible... I went To his office and most the tie is closed.. I txted to his brother or uncle that took the outdoor kitchen construction and didnt respond.... HOA Town Lake knows about it already.... About this company... I hope when he see this, coming to fix all issues... ..

I’ve now built 2! Pools with BPS and have been very happy with both pools. Of course the build and service went well with the first pool why else would we have them build another one for us when we built our new home. We are even happier with our second pool. I highly recommend them to everyone I know. They continue to do continual monthly maintenance so we continue to have a great relationship with BPS and are still happy with them.

Our pool pump went out and after getting a couple of estimates BPS was the only one that would provided us with an explanation as to what was wrong so we could get the pool working again! Prices were very reasonable so had them replace the pump and help us get the chemicals balanced.

They installed my pool 4 years ago. Did a nice job. Don’t ever expect them to respond if you need repairs or maintenance. They truly don’t give a **** after the installation. It starts with the mean lady that answers the phone when you call. She obviously is not customer service oriented.

Joseph and his team were great in taking care of EVERYTHING POOL related, and also provided recommendations for additions to the house. Our overall experience was FANTASTIC!
