We would HIGHLY recommend Ultimate Poolscapes. They did a fabulous job. David is extremely professional and really knows his craft. His crew were all fantastic craftsmen as well. Everyone had an eye for detail and made sure everything was up to a very high standard. They went so far as to work on weekends to keep things on schedule. We interviewed several builders and David Duron / Ultimate Poolscapes stood above the rest. We would recommend him without reservation to anyone building or refurbishing a pool. The price was reasonable and they did not nickel and dime us like we felt some of the other builders were trying to do. David or his daughter Taylor (who works for him) were only a text or phone call away at every point in the process so we always knew exactly what was going on. My wife and I could not be more thrilled with our new pool and with the service we received from Ultimate Poolscapes.

Ultimate Poolscapes built a pool for our neighbors. Their pool looks amazing and very well designed. During the building process, some of the contractors came onto our land and left ruts while building the neighbors pool. The owner of the company came over and offered to bring in top soil and fix the issue. Very professional, friendly, and courteous in coming by to offer an apology and solution.

I have been working on my house for two years now and have worked with countless contractors and home improvement companies. I have had frustrating experience after frustrating experience with most of them. I told David when they finished working on our pool that it was such a relief to finally have a positive experience with a contractor. They did the job they were paid to do in excellent time and when they encountered unforeseen issues, they handled them instead of ignoring them. They made sure to do the job right rather than the quickest/cheapest way. It did take while to get on the calendar because they are very busy, so make sure to plan ahead. Once they started the job I felt like the number one priority. They filled our pool rather than building one. There is a specific way it must be done and his plan aligned perfectly with all the research I had done. Finally, David called me daily to check on my satisfaction with their progress and to update me. Many contractors are impossible to reach so it was such a welcome change to work with someone who communicated well and did the job right. I would absolutely recommend!

From the moment owners David and Jackie Duron sat down with my family to discuss pool construction details until the finished product, they answered every question and concern with patience. extreme professionalism and vast knowledge. They were very informative and offered a variety of detailed 3-Dimensional plans to choose from. Throughout the process, I felt confident in their ability to accomplish our vision of a backyard paradise. David was very efficient in getting all of our plans in and permits approved by the City of Grand Prairie, and our home owner's association. They were extremely professional during the installation process and the pool was completed in a timely manner. Thank you David and Jackie Duron for a sensational job!!!
