Perhaps they are good at selling high end guitars but , not so on doing setups and restring . I brought my Gibson Studio in for setup and new strings on a Friday was told it would be done on Saturday . Told the salesman that I work on Saturday I’ll pick it up on Tuesday . Thinking that would give them ample time . I get there the salesman as person as before don’t even know if it’s done or anything . So he tells me that the guy should be in today and he was gonna find out what’s going on . At that point I lost it ... in 3 days can’t do a setup ...what’s another day gonna do NOTHING ! So I’ll won’t recommend this place at all
