Fantastic massage with Jonathan today. I always feel relaxed afterwards and have better energy for several days :) He does a great job of addressing my issues, checks in to see if he’s worked on everything needed, and can easily adjust pressure/approach if requested (not that I ever really need him to change much). Definitely give him a try!

I highly recommend Balance by Touch Massage. They are my go-to place for various types of massage therapy (i.e., Neuromuscular, Deep Tissue, Thai, and Swedish). I have enjoyed every massage therapist, and agree with other comments, that they all have their own special gift which makes their talent stand out. The owner and staff are extremely kind, helpful, and organized. The facility is exceptionally clean and highly relaxing. The massage therapists have only cancelled 3 times in the 8 years I have been going there. Each time a staff member has called as soon as possible to relay the cancellation, and to provide a few different rescheduling options (in the near future) to choose from. I don't have any reason to complain but plenty of reasons to give them praise! I feel heard, respected, and cared for by each therapist and staff member at Balance by Touch Massage. Thank you for maintaining a business with talented employees who have treated me with warmth, kindness, understanding, and professionalism for over 8 years.

Awesome Independent massage studio. I have been with them for almost 10 years, and there is nobody in the world like Garo when it comes to giving a massage. He is a scientist, and figures out what you need even if you don't know yourself.

1 year ago I missed an appointment with this place due to a family emergency, I followed all guidelines by paying the missed appointment fee (while booking a new appointment a year later) I booked a appointment that I took off for and it was cancelled out of nowhere! When I made the appointment with the receptionist I simply asked her should I pay for this appointment as well over the phone (just so the company can know for sure that I’m coming) and she said no “YOUR FINE” almost a week later one day before you cancel my appointment “due to one missed appointment” and took my money without even explaining right then and there that that certain Therapist didn’t want to move toward with me?! Be more upfront and forward with your rules. You should also update them on your website, I’ll never spend a dime at this place! Not only that you guys confirmed my appointment then turn around the same day and canceled it. Business Karma does exist

Therapists are good and can work with various modalities. Good value Quality bodywork and just pleasant enough to be relaxing. Great COVID-19 prevention measures. Rarely see another client. Minimal staff congregation. Very sanitation aware without being militant. I've used them for about 5 years. Check out Mathew and Jonathan
