I had never been to a massage therapist before. I knew of Cindy from past business networking relations and I was in extreme pain with overuse of my shoulders and lower back. I am 40 years old and fairly active. She has opened my eyes to self care in a way that I used to only think was considered a luxury. She is affordable, kind, helpful and very educated in her field. I trust her with all my muscle pains. She has made it to where my hands don't go numb and my hip doesn't hurt and my shoulders are completely relieved of pain as well. Wonderful woman.

This wasn’t just massage it was a very skilled and relaxing massage accompanied by an amazing experience. Cindy’s intuition and read of the body and energies is remarkable. What a fantastic experience! Cindy met me at the door and was warm, friendly and welcoming from the first word to the last. She made me comfortable, asked about me personally as well as if there were any specific issues or problems I wanted the massage to focus on. Her office is clean and comfortable, and when I was shown to the actual massage room, I was greeted by soft sounds of nature, cool soft lighting and a clean inviting environment. The massage itself was other worldly. Cindy led me through what she was doing with soft calming instruction, reminders to concentrate on my breathing and strong sure hands. Seeing the issues I was having, Cindy recommended exercises and equipment she thought would work for me as well. Never once did I feel ANY sort of sale pressure. The Energy Field offers a bunch of different options for the health of mind, body and soul, and the pricing is VERY reasonable. I can't recommend Cindy at Energy Field enough! I booked my next appointment before I even left the building. Go treat yourself!
