John from Bartels is amazing to work with. Help is very helpful and friendly. He took great care in cleaning our system. Explained all the maintenance he performed and gave recommendations for future upgrades and maintenance. Could not be happier with their work. Highly recommend.

Absolutely wonderful experience! Our technician, Raven, was fantastic. Knowledgeable, informative, and really watched out for us, giving us lots of tips to improve our furnace's performance throughout the year. He took all COVID protocols seriously which is a relief in our current circumstance! Highly recommended!
