I returned to work here after going to pediatrics for 12 years. I was surprised to see how many previous employees were still there. Batavia staff truly is like a family. We care for each other and are there for each other which makes for a very strong staff. These patients are like family members to us. I do not regret my decision to return at all. We have a building full of caring and knowledgeable staff that I know have my back if I need them just the same as they know I am there for them. I would put my family member here in a heartbeat. I would confidently know they would be safe and cared for.

Hope actions are taken up with the reception desk worker If the administration can tell me that she was rude with others and with staff Not to mention residents in the building Who becomes the problem Her The owners need to reopen cases and see who was at fault and do what is best before legal action is taken torwards then Be careful when choosing this place for your loved one It is always under staff And they treat your loved one with disrespect

I have worked in numerous facilities over the years but this is definitely one of the best. The staff is caring and works as a team. The nurses I work with are very knowledgeable. The residents have very few complaints and the building is very clean.
