I can’t even begin to tell you the gratitude I am experiencing right now as a direct result of making the decision to stay here at LCCPV. These folks are literally saving my leg. I also see first hand how well they treat the elderly and shut ins. When I came in I experienced a tremendous amount of anxiety “am I in the right place? are these folks going to accommodate my physical needs?” Should I go somewhere else? I’m so glad I stayed. I can assure you the staff here absolutely 100 PERCENT cares starting from the executive director Sue to office manager Renee to DIRECTOR OF NURSING Kimberly my nurses Patricia Adeline and austin Tech Fay and Rosa have all gone above and beyond. Lisa making sure my laundry was clean and folded. And Stephanie at the front desk sharing her beautiful smile and encouragement. Everyone I have talked to or dealt with cares about all of us here being safe and getting well. Kelli in activities making sure I am staying in the community’s family my attitude is in the right track. My case managers and social workers Marlene and Jennifer and Maria going above and beyond to make sure I have everything I need room accommodations wheelchair etc GREG helping me get to my appointments with my new friend Steven to push me along. The impact that Chris had on me this morning with our conversation made a difference in my whole outlook. Don’t even take a second thought in choosing assisted living Care. If you are reading this you found the right place for you or your loved one.

Maybe they will take care of your loved one... but they didn’t take care of mine. Over 30 messages left in 13 days. Don’t expect anyone to call you back for any reason, including after testing your loved one for COVID and getting a positive result. Maybe if you are private pay insurance you might get better care. I guess I should be grateful their lack of care resulted in him going to the hospital - at least he’s being treated for all that they wouldn’t do.

I have been very happy at Paradise Valley. The rehab team has been outstanding, two amazing therapist Melissa and Stephanie have really helped me get stronger. They are both inspirational and loving therapist. I was very pleased with my stay at Paradise Valley.
