The team at Baxter Creek are kind, professional, and knowledgeable. They’ve seen our dog for five years and always provide excellent service and information. My dog has had minor issues that haven’t required emergency treatment, but she has longer term issues.They have always been responsive to my questions and provided us with abundant, quality time and excellent information. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for pet treatment or information. I have seen several of the vets there and each has been excellent. I highly recommend this group!

We have gone here for years and have a cat that we take in every few weeks for shots so have had many visits. They never rush a visit and everyone is friendly and treats our cats very well. A couple years ago, we had to have our oldest cat put to sleep and Dr. Bienapfl was so kind during that heartbreaking ordeal. We highly recommend.

I have 4 dogs and Dr. Anderson and his staff were so accommodating. I brought all 4 for their well checks on the same day and Dr. Anderson took plenty of time with each of them. I never felt he was trying to hurry us out, he was very thorough and helpful and answered all my questions. His staff were great, they were very friendly and helpful as well. Their office is a 4 hour round trip drive away from where I live and it’s worth it to make that drive.

As an avid hunter, my dogs need the highest quality care. Charging through the prairies and navigating barbed wire fences increases our chances of injury. Baxter Creek Veterinary Clinic is always there when we need them. They always go above and beyond to help with even the most random issues (like air travel complexities returning from waterfowling with my pup in Alaska) and are committed to bringing a wealth of knowledge and peer-reviewed perspectives to each visit to help us make the best decision for even the most complex issue.

Baxter Creek Vet is by FAR the best veterinarian clinic I have ever been in contact with. They will give you a comprehensive breakdown of all tests and all possible outcomes before doing anything, so that you can make an informed decision. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. In every emergency scenario that I experienced, they were always able to get my dog in right away! Whenever I couldn't stay with my dog for his appointments, they kept me in the loop, calling me before any procedure was done. I no longer live in Bozeman, but I recently called to get a second opinion on an isolated incident that I am very concerned about. I received a call back from Dr. Arakaki within an hour of leaving a message with the staff. Despite never having seen Jax personally, he was able to give me a detailed rundown of what may be going on, possible treatments, and how he would test for each condition at the onset. This information will allow me to make a more informed decision regarding his care. I would bring my dog back to Baxter Creek in a HEARTBEAT if that were at all feasible. Please consider bringing your pet here. The doctors and staff are knowledgeable, ethical, and they consistently go above and beyond for you and your pet...even after you move away. You couldn't ask for a better experience.
