Me and my husband took our son here today to see about our son ears because of an ear infection he had an lil temperature first of all the nurses was rude they refused to see our son and they made us go through the back because they thought he had COVID and also none of the nurses and doctors wasn’t wearing mask where they do that at!!!

My son had an appointment I gets all the way to the back in a room and they refused to see him because he had diarrhea talking about COVID-19 so I switched Doctor \u200d️ ASAP

Great clinic! I love my sons pediatrician! He was born in this hospital and had a lot of complications so it is nice having someone who knows all about him. I will say that if it's not an am appointment then you will be behind schedule. They take great care of my son and answer any questions I have so it is worth the wait if you have a later appointment.

They close at 5:00pm but refuse to perform services after 4:00pm. The door was locked and we had to knock for them to let us in. I was told that for a shot I could just walk in with my daughter but when I arrived I was told to make an appointment because the doctors leave at 2:30. The nurses said they do not do the shots. I came in the next day to get her shots and long behold the nurse was the one that did it. Two trips for a shot that took two minutes. Horrible Service!

Word's can't express how beyond satisfied I am with the service. From the front desk to checking out excellent excellent excellent service!!! My son loves Dr. Frattarelli!
