I scheduled an appointment because of a problem with my air bag (under warranty) as well as an oil change and tire rotation. I dropped my vehicle off at 745 in the morning. By 415 that afternoon, I hadn't received any info about my car. I had to call them and they were just about to look at the air bag issue. The guy says, I'll talk to the tech and call you right back. I was in the area so I just went up there. Waited at the service area for a while (2 people at their desks) no acknowledgement that I was even there. Finally the one guy looks up and says have you talked to your tech yet? Um no, haven't talked to anyone! My tech comes in and explains that they couldn't find the problem but they replaced the battery. If problem continues come back. At this point, I would never buy a car here and hate the fact that they are the only Chevy\\Buick dealership in town.

We are very pleased with Aztec Chevrolet in Beeville. Our salesman was Willow. He made buying a new Traverse and trading in our vehicles very easy. We weren’t sure what to expect during the pandemic. We found the Traverse we wanted on their website. We were called back right away and set up an appointment to drive the new car. Everyone had masks on. In less than 4 hours we were called, test drove the car, traded our vehicle and had all the paperwork done and keys in hand for the new Traverse. Willow and Aztec make sure you feel safe.
