Jason Burnett has always went above and beyond in customer service. I really appreciate his knowledge and I can trust when he tells me something needs to be replaced he’s not just trying to sell parts. He was talking care of my bicycles at the West University store also. Everyone is so nice to me. Jason is the reason I drive from China passing up other bike shops to have my repairs and buy parts and other stuff.

I have bought several bikes here. They are great with kids. The work hard to make the customer service experience an outstanding experience. It's a great place to purchase a bike from.
Scott was very informative and helpful. I ordered a special bike and when it arrived they were able to assemble it and personally fit me that afternoon. They offered to adjust my fit anytime if I change equipment on the bike. They have service after the sale. They have resources to assist in most areas. Always support your local businesses when possible.
My store is the Atascocita location. I can't express how much I love this store. Everyone is always so helpful and polite! Always leave feeling like they really wanted my business!
Best place to buy a bike In the Atascocita/humble area. Craig is awesome super knowledgable and will take the time to explain everything to you without having that consending attitude some bicyclist get toward people who are not as knowledgeable. My wife and I purchased our bikes there and despite accessories being cheaper on amazon we still try to give them our business due to the friendly and knowledgeable atmosphere. We did a Saturday ride with them and craig stayed with us showing us the route.
Liked it. Helped me out in exactly what I needed. Item are a bit pricey but quality is there.

The team there were really helpful and responsive. They found the bike I was looking for, ship it to the store, got it ready and stored in their facility, until I was ready to pick it up. No hiccups, no issues.I requested a specific set of pedals, and when I arrived they were installed and ready to go.I provided the weight of my kid, and the team adjusted the suspension of the bike right at pick up time, in a efficient manner. All in all, great service, and yes I would recommend Bike Barn to a friend, in fact I already did it.
