Let me start by saying we dealt with Brendon the salesman and Andy the sales manager and they were great! This dealership gives you the perfect car buying experience! My wife and I have gone to plenty car lots (at least 5) for this purchase and what I hate is when salespeople or even sales managers won’t be transparent with their deals. I used to sell cars so I don’t mind doing the dance for negotiations but I can’t stand when people lie or hide their numbers. When we arrived we walked to the front desk Brendon greeted us then showed us what we were looking for & we already knew we loved the car so none of the driving or walk around display was necessary. We get to the negations, we say what we’re looking for & they met exactly that with 100% transparency! Literally the complete breakdown of the deal, it was almost too good to be true so we were a little skeptical but no everything checked out! And they were nice enough to help us with the tech after the purchase. So I would 100% recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Volvo! If we were in the market for another we’d definitely be coming here again.

The pricing is fair, and transparent, with no games. What we agreed on, was what it was. Drove 2 hours, and it was highly worth it. Very thankful to you guys for treating us in such a welcoming and professional manner. Great, clean facility with excellent vehicles and options. The finance manager was wonderful. Fun, with a true sense of humor. He was quick, and explained everything super well. Coming back here for my next Volvo. I highly recommend! Can't go wrong with Bill Kidd's Volvo.
Bill Kidd's was a good experience. Easy to schedule online, not in your face via multiple e-mails or when on property. Brendon assisted us and was polite and professional and easy to deal with. If you need a Volvo then Brendon is your guy
