Great selection and extremely knowledgeable and helpful staff. I visited this location with the hopes of talking to someone in person about a new vacuum after trying to do my own Internet research which resulted in more questions than answers about different models and options. Keith, the manager, took the time to ask the right questions so that he would clearly understand my vacuuming environment: types of floor surfaces, density of furniture, presence of pets, etc, so that he could present several options and give me the opportunity for hands-on demoing the different models. I am very happy with my resulting choice which cleans much better than the old vacuum I needed to replace. I have yet to need service, but will no doubt return here when the need arises as I feel confident the knowledge and experience of Keith and staff will result in a positive service outcome.

Took my Rainbow due to a problem in November. Keith was so very kind and understanding as I drove an hour to get there, was so very upset that it seemed to have a problem. He looked it all over and nothing appeared to be wrong and said he would need to do a diagnostic check. I told him I think about that and come back. Due to holidays and other everyday problems I did not get back until 3-6-21. Took my Rainbow all in, and he felt that something had gotten lodged in the brush area and was gone. Showed me it needed a new belt and put it on. I was so very happy, I bought some new brushes, and part for bare floors. Keith was my guardian angel today and I was able to drive home calmly knowing my favorite all-time vacuum was working again.
The store provides high-quality merchandise as well as an extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable manager. It is the only place I will shop for vacuum needs.

I have a central whole home vacuum system in my house. This week I called them and asked if they worked on central Vacuums and to my surprise they did. We set up the appointment and they came out and was able to fix my system in under and hour. Great prices and great to work with.

De has teo machines that her a los of use. One is a Dyson vacuum, the other os a Volver carpet cleaner. The succión and overall performance más decreasing, and thanks yo Blue Ridge oír machines are one working like new. We will be definitely using their service again.
I was skeptical coming to this location because it was new and I didn’t know what to expect. But wow I was blown away with the amazing customer service. I brought my dyson in for repair and Kevin was extremely knowledgeable about my vacuum and had me up and running right there on the spot. They have a lot of different cleaning supplies as well. He recommended the Oreck No Return spot remover for my set in pet stains and I took it home and was amazed as to how well that stuff worked. Thanks for coming to the the NRV. I will recommend this place to all my friends!
