The salesman that I had here was great but the finance department not so much. I will forever wonder how they couldn't best a rate on a used vehicle. Every other dealership that I visited had WAY better rates on new vehicles than on used vehicles. I found a used 2018 Outlander with 16k miles at nice price. I still would have preferred to buy new but they came in a 2 percent higher and in my opinion used some sketchy math after I introduced my supplier discount. I also paid about 13 dollars in gas to test drive 2 vehicles. WITH NO REIMBURSEMENT!!! Look guys and gals, your coffee was good but not 13 bucks worth of good. If I buy another Mitsubishi it won't be from here.

Overall, very good experience. My situation ended up being a complicated one, however it was dealt with, worked through and I came out in the end with a great car within my budget. Nick and Randy were patient and thorough. And the entire staff was great at keeping my 3 year old entertained with snacks, balloons, pages to color, etc. Will absolutely recommend this business.

True Professionals in all regards. Chris, who is the salesman in the Mitsubishi Outlet is one of the finest young man I've had the pleasure of dealing with while purchasing a vehicle. Their motto seems to be, "They're all glass metal and rubber and are all replaceable". We saved many thousands of dollars and love our Mitsubishi Outlander Sport GT. Mitsubishi are famous for running forever.
Salesperson forgot about us after we signed paperwork. Took weeks to finally get an owner's manual after repeated calls and emails. Several months later I had a tire problem and called to have some questions answered. The service person was somewhat ignorant: first stated my 2018 was "used" though I drove off lot with 90 miles on it, than said it would be closer to tow to Cincinnati which is almost 4 hours away from me. You can do better.
I had a very good experience at Brown Mitsubishi. They have Great customer service. I didn't feel pressured to make a quick decision. Matt did a great job making sure I got the best deal possible with their rebates & that I was pleased with my purchase. I also appreciated Nick connecting my smartphone for hands free operation while driving. I would definitely recommend Brown Auto to family & friends.
Went in on Friday to speak with Nick about my car buying options. He was very patient and hospitable and never tried to push a sale on me. It was great to know I could take my time and make the best decision without feeling rushed. I would absolutely recommend Nick at Brown Mitsubishi to anyone looking for a relaxed car buying experience.
Just got my car from Brown today. Super excited. Nichols Pizzato helped me out today. I have been in contact with him for weeks. He was very patient with me and not at all pushy. He accepted that I didn't want certain things and that I did want others. He also did a good job at helping me stay within my budget. It wasn't a quick visit but he was definitely thorough. Gave me his personal contact just in case I need anything in regards to the car. Also did everything he could to get me until the car I wanted. Nick was a pleasure today.
