This place is great for the poor up north people that have a a hard time affording a Florida vacation home. Did I mention, lot rent is only 1100 a month. Wow that's great

You don’t want to live here I was attacked. Told it was a safe place and some guy I have never seen talked to or anything comes up yelling and hits me. Office said he was vented although he has a record. The office threatened me with eviction if I did not drop it. There is a lot of great people here and has all the makings of a great place but Jennifer and the office staff is the rudest ever. Jennifer said I would be arrested if I used any of the amenities or go to any of the functions. One of the worst things I have ever did is buy in Buccaneer Estates and get involved with ELS! Watch out for Thousand Trails RV Club they are owned by ELS and is a major ripoff.

Nice place to visit but I don’t live there, friends and sister (and her husband) it’s a 55 & over gated community- someday when I get old, I “might” consider it- no lawn maintenance!
