I had a pair of Dubarry Boots of Ireland that needed to be resold. I contacted the company they said they can't repair. Same on them! I took them to Byrum's and he not only repaired them beautifully but also said my pair was the third repair on these type of boots he has done in the last year. Fair price quality work!!! I'm a customer for life! Thanks again!

I had an L.L. Bean winter jacket that needed a new zipper and they helped me find an affordable replacement. The new zipper looks and works great, and their repair was so much better on my wallet than replacing the whole jacket. Turnaround time was fast, too! Nice place, but note that it is hidden in the very back corner of the indoor mall area.
Great service! I brought in a pair of Florsheim chelsea boots that I wore a hole in the bottom of the leather sole. They replaced the leather soles with a rubber sole and everything looks great and professionally done! Took way less time than I was expecting, and the boots were cleaned and shined! I will definitely be coming back for any more shoe repairs or more that I need!
The best place in the world to get shoes and boots repaired. Service is always fast and friendly. I must mention they also do sneakers and saddles and just about any leather repair you can think of.
