Excellent service no pressure local dealer. New clean and bright showroom purchased a VW and Outback here and would highly recommend this dealership to locals and anyone who comes down to the shore Since purchasing this vehicle I recently had a recall issue with no follow-up arrogant responses and no follow up after six calls Avoid this dealership for service due to the general lack of communication customer service and no follow up I would no longer recommend this dealer and have moved my business to another local dealer The service manager has no concept of customer service

We stopped in with our car which was not a Subaru, because we had just changed a flat tire and were concerned we did it safely. The assistant Service manager or service manager( didn’t get his name) was AMAZING!! So kind, helpful & accommodating! They courteously checked all our tires, checked the busted tire to see if it was repairable & we left assured to travel the 90 miles back home. At NO CHARGE!! Gracious!!! Thank you!!!
