This is been the worst experience of my life. You go to a company with money in your pocket and you expect to build rapport with the car salesman so they will know what vehicle to put you in. Well they saw me coming from Miles Away, a single mom. Hook Line & Sinker. I signed the contract and now a year later I'm still paying on something that barely runs. Don't worry calling corporate there's no such thing as a corporate number oh, trust me I've tried. There's a 3-day customer satisfaction guarantee, my car broke down on the third day and was not towed to the shop until the 4th day but I was not allowed to get a different car. Some people have good experiences with this business, mine is just a nightmare. To purchase something that you get to own, it's big deal and a proud moment. I literally can't even go to the store anymore because my heart brakes every single time they tell me there's nothing they can do for me. If I do anything besides pay off and keep this vehicle, I will end up with a repossession on my credit, even if they put me in a different car. This is the saddest business experience of my life. Carmart has definitely showed me what people are capable of.

Went here because of car troubles. Met some amazing people who work here. No one rushing to push you into a car quick. They all had great personality and were so nice. Didn't take long to get me back on the road again. So grateful for people and places like this. Definitely will recommend this to others.

Highly recommended if you don’t have the best credit and need a buy here pay here place! I’ve purchased two cars from the south location and just traded in my van at the north location. I was nervous going to the north location because I was used to the south location and got to know everyone there and was so pleased with the customer service, however; the north location is JUST AS AMAZING! All the staff were so friendly and helpful and took care of me quickly. If there was an issue that popped up, they were super fast to resolve it. They truly do work with you. Thanks Car-Mart!!!
