Shame that people put negative reviews on CRA because I have had great experiences with them. I have been renting with them for 1 1/2 years, first in an apartment now in a house. First and for most, the maintenance guy is so friendly, respectful and does the job. I call with an issue, and it gets taken care of within the day and if not, the next day. absolutely no issues what so ever. The owner and I believe his mother are amazing. They have helped me out so much, understand that I am a human being too. There's one lady that works for them is not very kind, very rude to be honest, I think she is a bad representation of the company because other than dealing with her on occasion, I have nothing but kind words to say about CRA.

Lady showing the rentals acted like she would rather be somewhere else, no smile, no hello, didnt know anything about the rentals, just stood there playing on her phone and was late showing up to show the places. She spent forever in the restroom knowing people were waiting on her at the office then plopped down in the office like she just absolutely hated her job. Just with this it shows me this place is not where I want to rent from.

I had an apartment through Casper rental agency for over two years. I loved it. I never had any problems with management. Any problems I had with my apartment were taken care of immediately!! I would rent from Casper rental agency again in a heart beat!

Very rude and unprofessional...for most part affordable..but units are run down. They will not work with if you have even the slightest bad rental history.
