I wish i could give them 10 Stars! That is how great the Relocation Exchange is!! We sold our home in Warren NJ, and we were in the process of selling our business as well and moving down to Florida. It was a stressful time in our lives and Jeff and Val (the owners of the Relocation Exchange) did everything they could to make our 6 month stay enjoyable and stress free. Firstly the furnished unit in Summit was decorated with beautiful furniture, comfortable beds, state of the art kitchen, and all dishware, utensils, sheets and towels. We felt like we were on vacation while staying in one of their units and the town of Summit was great to walk around and had a lot of WONDERFUL restaurants and stores. i Highly recommend the Relocation Exchange to anyone in New Jersey or New York area that needs furnished housing !! Great Company, Great People, Great Furnished Housing!

My wife and I recently needed a short term rental during our home renovation. We initially signed up for 3 months but as with most home renovations there were delays and Jeff the owner was very accommodating in extending our lease. He is responsive and available by phone at any time. The apartment was clean, modern, and fully stocked with everything anyone would need. The apartment was close to downtown Summit and it was fun to be so near and take walks. Jeff was very respectful during Covid and always wore a mask and observed social distancing. If you are in need of short term furnished housing, Jeff and The Relocation Exchange should be your first and only stop..

Great and spacious 1 bedroom apartment! Loved the fully stocked kitchen with plenty of pots, pans, dishes, etc. for easy cooking. Took advantage of great location which is 1 block from downtown Summit. Also loved & enjoyed the side yard with gas grill and outdoor patio with dining table & chairs. Owner responded immediately to any apartment related issues.

We stayed in one of the Relocation Exchange's beautifully furnished 3 Bedroom units for about 6 months, after we sold our house in Warren NJ, and we were in the process of moving to Florida. Everything was clean, with top of the line kitchen, bathrooms, appliances, and even sheets and towels. The owners Jeff and Val could not have been nicer - i highly recommend this company for anyone needing short or long term housing in New Jersey!!!

Rented New providence residence, was clean, quite well organized, and Jeff the owner was quite helpful and flexible. He helped me out in a Jam, and was COVID sensitive to my needs as well ( I am high risk, He respected my needs for safety , and wore a mask during all encounters ) .
