VERY HAPPY WITH MY EXPERIENCES HERE. Been going to the doctors here for years. Love the staff, they go out of their way to be helpful and accommodating and work with my crazy insurance to get me the best service for my dollars. Woulcc dc absolutely recommend them!

When my family moved to the area I was on the hunt for a new eye dr, I am SO HAPPY I found CDV. The staff is so kind and the doctor is so thorough! My last eye doctor was up charging everything and they are not that way at all! Plus when my son breaks his glasses they will fix or replace them for free! I highly recommend Central Dupage Vision!

I rarely post reviews, and only for 5 star exemplary service. However I feel obligated to caution prospective customers. Was early for appointment, not greeted, had to ask for new patient paperwork, staff was unfriendly, waited over 20 minutes before, after asking for appointment to begin, was spoken down to, exam room dirty, employee sneezing on equipment, and pressured by optometrist and front counter troll to purchase something that I felt I did not need or want. Very pushy and unprofessional.

Usually don't write reviews but after a horrific experience, I think it's appropriate. Extremely unprofessional individuals work here who have no knowledge whatsoever. There are many eye doctor places, so please choose wisely. They don't know what they're doing. They aren't willing to help. I had an eye infection and I went here, they told me to go to CVS and get eye drops which would be 5...they ended up being 60. Which is fine it fixed my eye. I get a call back from them to come back for a follow up appointment that would be free...nope they charged me 35. Then they told me I have astigmatism for my eye, which was 2...that was false. I ended up going to two doctors and they both said I don't have one and that Central Dupage Vision was just trying to sell me on stuff. Ever since I went here I've had major headaches and the contacts they gave me are extremely uncomfortable and inaccurate. They have no idea what they're doing here. In a two-week span I've seen 2 different doctors who both say completely different things. And don't even get me started on the 2 receptionists up front. Extremely disappointed. Wasted so much time and money at this place. My family and friends will not be going here ever again.

Fast and Friendly, I try other eye care places but had issue get prescription correct. Can here Wow i didn't know i could see this good again. Best place to goto.
