Everyone here is extremely friendly and courteous. I drove from Cleveland to have a car inspected that I was purchasing from someone privately, that's local to Champion. Inspection was thorough and relatively quick, I had an excellent experience with the service team. Thank you, Lance and Jason!

My wife and I drove up to Champion Mazda from a few hours away to purchase a car because they had a great deal and were really easy to work with over the phone and email. We worked with Derrell Griffin. Beyond that, they were also one of the most welcoming and friendly car dealerships I have ever been to. I've purchased or been with someone purchasing over 40 vehicles and this experience was completely different. We took the time to ensure we had sent in all the information ahead of time and they were prepared for our arrival, had all the paperwork ready, and got everything done for us in the fastest possible time. We were in and out in a really short time including turning in our old lease and getting a new vehicle. The majority of the time was spent with Derrell as he fully explained the vehicle and provided us a complete overview of our new vehicle and all of the information about it along with getting everything set up and ready for us to drive home with it. I wish this dealership was closer to my home because I could not recommend them enough to anyone, so hopefully if you're reading this it helps you make the choice to shop here because they were truly a lot difference than any other place I dealt with.
