Excellent customer service from the time you pull up [apologies can't remember service team member's name] to check-in [Steve] communication throughout, pickup & after service followup. I was offered a courtesy car [sweet Mazda CX30]. Service was detailed, prompt & reasonably priced. I will continue to have my car serviced there.
From check-in to check-out this was as smooth and comfortable a dealership service one can ask for. Steve Smith was very personable and provided clear explanations of the work that was required and what was recommended. Additionally, he kept us informed with updates while we waited to keep us aware of when our vehicle service would be completed. The waiting area is comfortable and customers have snacks and drinks available. Pricing was on a par with private repair shops, which from my perspective is a real plus.
