UPDATE: Since signing on the car I've been waiting 3 weeks for the dealer to install optional parts on the vehicle. 3 full business days before I was scheduled to take the car I was told they were working on the car and installing the parts (that of which they said would only take a few hours to put on), only to find out when I picked it up that nothing was done, the car wasn't even cleaned. Customer service shouldn't stop after the papers are signed, but maybe it does here... Great first impression. Alberto and Bruno were great to work with. Drove an hour to the dealership because they were the only dealer in CT that had the car I was looking for, and they were able to get me into it fast and with no hassles. Glad I made the trip down to them

Had a great experience buying my new Mazda CX30. Very helpful and no pressure. My salesman Joe was great. They didn't have the exact trim package I wanted on the lot but got it for me in a day.One of the better dealers I have dealt with. I will definitely be going back when I need another car.

This was my first time having my car repaired and serviced at Whaling City Mazda. They got me an appointment quickly, were understanding when I needed to reschedule due to a family emergency, & readily accommodated my schedule for a new appointment. The service department was great about explaining my car’s diagnosis and my options. They did the job when promised despite a snowstorm and I’m satisfied with the results. They were friendly & customer oriented. I am relatively new to the area and my car was purchased and previously serviced in another state. I live 10 minutes from Central Auto Group (Mazda)but after having a terrible experience with them regarding a recall they supposedly ordered parts for me for, & then totally blew me off & when I followed up, claimed they had no record of, I will happily drive farther for the great customer service I got at Whaling City Mazda.

Airbag recall on my mom’s car! OK customer service, took way too long a half hour job took 2 hours, and they tried telling me something else was wrong with the car when I know it’s just an electrical problem, however we weren’t there to have the car diagnosed for any other problems. We were just there for the airbag recall and I got an attitude for not pursuing the electrical problem.

Came looking for a new car, with something specific in mind. They had a 2019 model in Certified new condition. Really in pristine condition with plenty of features. Lots of room, good performance on the test drive. Nick Greika was very knowledgeable, no pressure sales. Very happy with the price negotiation and dealer prep before delivery. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Whaling City.
