Chapel of the Chimes provided exceptional service. It was so nice to know that everything was being handled and I did not need to worry about the services. David would call anytime he needed information, yet he was never a bother. He was understanding. I almost felt like I had a family member helping me. I am very impressed. The facility was clean, comfortable and dignified, well balanced. We hosted a small reception there afterwards and it was perfect. The price was not too high and the refreshments and deserts were plenty and very tasty. I highly recommend Chapel of the Chimes in Glendale.

David provided great service to our family and made us feel comfortable and at ease with the details we chose in the passing of our mother. David was kind, understanding and caring, he also provided all the information we needed to proceed with the arrangements. Margaret our funeral director was compassionate and caring from the get go as was the lady who took our call. We immediately felt supported and cared for. With the influx of COVID deaths that have hit AZ, many funeral homes are extremely busy and more inhumane, Chapel of the Chimes was not. Thank you for your support.
In a time when you are hurting they make you feel comfortable and try and make the task of doing for your love one as easy as possible. The overall appearance gives a very warm feeling and very comfortable to be in,and everyone there is very friendly and compassionate. I had the pleasure of working with David
I wish there were more than 5 stars! Chapel of the Chimes, Glendale, is beautiful. Margaret Smith, the funeral director, was amazing. So caring and knowledgeable. She made the process after my husband's death smooth and seamless. Becky Hinton was the celebrant, and she also was kind and caring. The service was wonderful. The celebration of life table was out of this world. I was blown away. Thank you!
