Horrible child protection specialists who have no compassion. The lady hung up on me twice when asking questions about a new pending case. Dianna McMichaels, MSW, CADC Was VERY unprofessional and rude!! Seems like they hate their jobs and have no interest in helping people. They just keep throwing cases at us right after we finish another case. They are disgruntled and miserable power hungry employees who obviously dislike their job. Which is to break apart families. So sad

I had a horrible experience due to Rob Taft. We have a doctors note to send our daughters lunch to school, due to allergies. He insists this letter does not follow the law. My daughter has now been eating lunch at school and has to take zyrtec everyday due to breaking out in hives. We are missing work and forking out all this money for additional allergy tests and doctor visits when this all could have been avoided. Thanks for turning our lives upside down and not following the law as it is written.

Absolutley horrible agency. I have an in home licensed daycare and the rep. Linda valezquez was very inadequate in every area regarding my daycare home. She was lazy and manipulative. Instead of putting me on a corrective plan she decided to investigate for 5 months in which I could not run my business. My business failed and I lost everything. Five months later the investigation was finally completed and I can still keep my license. I lost all business. The rep. Lied on several ocassions and tried to find everything she could to get me on thi gs I did not do. She lied to my attorney. Crazy department and there are so many children out there that are being abused and killed but they decide to treat me like a dog.
