All staff were great. Caring and informative. Listened to my concerns. My only negative comment about this practice is that all of their procedures and visits are priced higher than other vets I’ve been to. I know that this practice is now part of a conglomeration, so that might be the reason. Everything else is great.

The Doctor was kind to me and able to actually find some answers, even with a high anxiety, snippy pup. They brought me in quickly for an appointment, even with how busy they are. The staff was very nice, professional and compassionate. I'm grateful to have found them.

My golden retriever had a senior check up recently. Dr. Cooperman was exceptional! She took her time, listened to me, and addressed all my questions. I felt comfortable and confident with my dog’s care. I was a little apprehensive at first because I had to stay in the car and converse via zoom.. but it actually went very well! I could see and hear great. Dr. Cooperman is the best!

They have all the Covid protocols. You just call when you arrive for your appointment and when they're ready, the will call you and meet you at the door with your pet(s). Checkout is just as easy. Ones the doctor is done, s/he will call you with whatever impressions, etc.
