There are some great vets here and a couple that are learning. All really care about your pet and their follow up is superb. The price is super high, but I do trust them to provide the best quality of care. It does feel like you're waiting longer than you really are because of how it's currently structured for COVID. My last visit, I was in and out in 30-40 minutes. It felt like 2 hours. But I did leave with a happy, healthy pup.

This is a complicated review. The office staff are fantastic. The veterinary staff and management have a lot of room for improvement. First, like others have mentioned, they are extremely over priced. It takes one visit to another clinic to understand that. The vets treat you and your loved animal like just another resource for payment. We had a terrible situation where they misdiagnosed our dog several times before we discovered cancer. Missing the diagnosis is fine, but they charged us astronomical visit fees for each of their mistakes. We were so turned off by their process. We chose another vet for the procedure. Which ended up being significantly cheaper. And he’s doing great. I know they have many new inexperienced vets. I hope they learn and get better
