After a bad experience at another vet, Preiser was top-notch! Good COVID precautions, the vet thoroughly explained my pet's condition to me over the phone while I waited safely in my car, and the vet tech was very kind, helpful, and patient. My experience there couldn't have been better! It's a weight off my mind to have found a veterinarian's office I can trust.

The people who work at Preiser Animal Hospital are invariably warm, gracious, and empathetic. They not only love animals, but are sensitive to the emotions of the owner – or in my case, the finder! Their explanations and information about a given circumstance are also easy to understand and generally right on the mark. Lately it seems that some animal hospitals have incredibly long delays, whether it's taking a long time to answer the phone, putting you on hold forever, or actually getting out to your car, even for something as simple as picking up cat food. At Preiser, the intervals seemed much more normal, even with all the pandemic restrictions and precautions. Another huge Advantage is that they have an animal shelter right there at the hospital, founded by Dr. Preiser himself. It seems that the doctor is just as overridingly empathetic as all of his staff members. I can highly recommend Preiser Animal Hospital.
