I've had extensive knee pain for many years resulting from multiple things including arthritis and reduction in cartilage. Dr G completed a patella realignment (which many doctors told me was the root of the problem) and used stem cell therapy as a part of the process. It has been years since my knee as felt this good and it doesn't swell anymore when playing tennis, running, or biking. I would recommend getting this treatment before you are too old to enjoy the benefits! My 16 year old son also tore his ACL and then managed to break his patella. Dr. G does a great job of talking to him, explaining the need for hard work so he doesn't hurt himself again. His surgeries and recovery's have gone great. Ashley in the office answered all of my questions and was really patient with me through all of the procedures we had done which I appreciated.

A year and a half ago, I began experiencing arthritis pain in both thumbs. As a former cancer patient I was reluctant to take arthritis medication and decided to just live with the pain. During a routine visit with Dr. Garromone, he suggested that he inject a biologic into the thumbs to relieve the pain. I agreed to a Plasma Rich Protein injection using my own plasma. I was a little skeptical initially, but within a week the pain had diminished and I could once again type, knit, sew and eat without pain. It has been 1 and 1/2 years and my hands are pain free. I would recommend this treatment to anyone experiencing arthritis pain.

I was sent to Dr Garramone after a bad car accident, ho took his time, examined me thoroughly and determined I had a torn labrum in my shoulder. He explained about the necessity of the labrum and told me thats why I was in such pain all the time. He did surgery on it, told all about the recovery time, what I could and could not do, and after the follow up visit suggested a Platelet-Rich Plasma injection, which I believe helped expidite my healing. I would highly recommend Dr Garramone. His office personnel are extremely attentive, answer any further questions and return calls immediately. Outstanding experience!!

I work in the medical field and have known Dr. Garramone for years. I have developed arthritis in my shoulder and over the years have lost some range of motion and gotten a lot of muscle pain associated with it as well. I was just going to live with it but the muscle pain got to the point that it was making it difficult to sleep at night. After talking to Dr. Garramone he recommended PRP injection. I wasn’t convinced would do me any good because of how long I had been living with this issue. I finally agreed to do the PRP injection and I have to admit I was wrong. Two days after receiving the injection 50% of the muscle pain was gone and over the next few weeks it has continued to get better. Even though I thought it was witchcraft at first I would highly recommend PRP, Dr. Garramone was “spot on”.
