Staff worked hard to explain what the issues were Courteous staff. Complimentary snacks were available. Only issue was they did not have part on hand, so we will be having to go back . No biggie.

I came here to do an oil change on my 2012 Volvo XC70, and the technician James who worked on my vehicle informed me that my radiator hose was leaking. I had informed him I just had a flush done at another dealership in Tennessee and if that could have caused the hose to crack. He said yes and that more than likely is the reason it cracked. I appreciate he's honesty and had it fixed promptly as I have to drive back to Florida. I worked with Chris Sherbman and he is extremely friendly and helpful. He took care of all my requests, and I have nothing but high marks for this dealership. I would recommend having your vehicle serviced here no matter what make it is as you know you will only be treated like a customer and not an opportunity to make some money off as they do not recommend service that is not needed.

What was supposed to be easy and straightforward service turned out to be a horrible experience. I booked my car for service for a low battery warning for valet pickup. Valet didn’t show up, apparently had the wrong phone number on file. When valet didn’t show up I called the service department and they had my old address on file although I received an e-mail confirmation of the service appointment with my updated address. They corrected the address and finally valet guy comes to get my car. Throughout the day I was in touch with Chris from service dept. everything was smooth until receiving the car back. We waited all afternoon for the car to return and wondered why the valet guy didn’t ring the doorbell or call me. Finally I decide to look outside and my car was returned but I couldn’t find the car key. I called and left a message with the service department and Chris and asked where the key was. We waited awhile for a return call. My husband decided to move the car because it was already dark and our neighborhood has had a string of car thefts. My husband accidentally drives over the key fob because it was placed next to the tire. Apparently the valet guy couldn’t get a hold of me (yet I had no problems with Chris contacting me all day) and didn’t bother to ring the doorbell?? We have a camera on our front door so I know if someone is at the front door and he claims he knocked/rang the bell. And why did the valet guy not contact Chris if he was having issues getting a hold of me? And Chris should’ve called me to tell me the key was placed next to my tire?? That’s so unprofessional! So now I have a broken key fob from the poor communication of the service department.I’m lucky my car wasn’t stolen!

Volvo XC60 Hybrid R-design is the best car I've ever owned. Add the best, personally involved dealer Bob Penkhus Jr., great mechanic Erik Conrad, wonderful parts and service manager Bud Hall, Volvo sales manager Bruce Leiva, a friendly, family-like atmosphere - and you will understand why I bought all my cars from them ever since 1981!
