I had a wonderful experience working with Felix to pick out a car to lease. He was extremely knowledgeable about all of the features and options all of the different models came with. After signing all of the lease paperwork, Felix took the time in making sure I understood all of the technology features in the car. He even followed up with me the next day to make sure I was happy with the car. Felix was hands down the most patient and professional salesman I have ever worked with and I highly recommend him to others.

What a beautiful little dealership. The showroom is small but very well organized. Felix was the sells person who helped me. Very friendly. He give me a test drive and explained everything about the car. Didn’t rush me. I love this place. I will definitely comeback
I've never had a problem with their workmanship, but Deel Volvo will not receive any further business from me. I had a warranty issue that needed to be fixed and I would need a vehicle while they did their work. Deel ownership has a policy of not providing courtesy vehicles to customers who did not purchase or lease their vehicle from Deel. They have this policy despite maintenance and warranty work being a huge profit driver for auto dealerships. Well done, ownership. You just lost my service business and my future car buying business. Good luck.
Hands down the best Volvo dealership in South Florida. I went in with a specific price I wanted to pay and Armando did everything in his power to make that happen. I couldn't be any happier with my experience there. I highly recommend Deel Volvo and go see Armando for great customer service!!!
Sales Review 2 months after initial contact, and I don't normally write reviews.. I recently purchased a CPO 2018 V60 as an out-of-state buyer. My sales person on the 'deel' was John Fitzpatrick, I can't say enough nice things about him. But I'll say a few; polite, professional, prompt, patient. I flew down, John was waiting outside for me as I pulled up in the UBER. He let me comb over the car, measuring panel gaps and scrutinizing every screw head before we went for the extended test drive. Out of there an hour later with my new car :) I had a little hiccup with the car after I took ownership, and Deel handled it with total professionalism (even from 1400 miles away!). I still feel I got a very very fair price, even after the new year change, looking at current comps. Kudos to these guys
The sales person, Mr. Felix Montoya, did a fantastic job explaining everything and made the whole buying experience a pleasant one. He was very knowledgable and professional, and treated us with dignity and respect. During the process he earned my trust and I went away feeling good about the purchase. Prior to the visit to the dealer, I did a considerable amount of research and went in looking for a fair deal and that's exactly what I got. I visited a few other Volvo dealers in the area prior to making this purchase and Deel Volvo by far was the best in my opinion. Thank you!
Steer clear of this Volvo Dealer!!!!! Very rude, unmotivated staff, after several attempts to make a deal I was about to give up on Volvo. They made the customer experience frustrating and give Volvo a bad name. Went to North Miami Volvo instead and WOW what a diffrence. Polite staff, worked with our budget presented us with a multitude of options and they will be delivering our new volvo today! So easy an we are so pleased. Call NORTH MIAMI VOLVO.
Carolyn was great in helping me to find the best Volvo S60 for me. She gave me the time to select the beautiful light birch car with charcoal interior. She guided me well with the control panel. Grateful to Carolyn for her help in tuning in HD2 radio for classical music. The process was very smooth in setting up a new lease. My gratitude is there.
