Buying a car from McGrath was the easiest process we have ever been through. No back and forth haggling price and no extended waiting like other dealerships. Extremely clean facility. Kevin was a great sales individual with excellent professionalism.

I purchased a 2018 S60 which was off the lease in January 2021. I drove in from Milwaukee to purchase the car. It was a day or two after a snow storm and the lot (including the cars) were not cleaned. On the drive home, I saw a smear that mirrored how the windshield wipers go on the car. I called my local Volvo dealership in Waukesha and they scheduled me as soon as they could. Thinking it was a minor repair, I did not mention to McGrath at the time. After Fields Volvo in Waukesha told me the windshield would have to be replaced (at a cost of 1226.97) I notified McGrath. The salesperson I had, Ali, told me basically to 'f' myself. This prompted me to challenge the charge on my credit card used to purchase the car because I was not getting a response from anyone higher than the salesperson. That got the attention of the sales manager, who also told me to 'f' myself. This was mainly because I notified them a whole 9 days after buying the car. If I called them 1 day, I could also see them telling me to 'f' myself. This could have been a 5 star review if they apologized and offered 300 to make me happy but they're not of the persuasion to do that. I am not advising to never shop there because they sell rare cars that are a pain to find. They're not a Honda dealer with thousands of cars on the lot. WHAT I AM RECOMMENDING IS BEFORE YOU SIGN ANY DOCUMENTS, MAKE THEM CLEAN THE CAR, INSIDE AND OUT. IF YOU SEE ANY IMPERFECTION, MAKE THEM FIX IT. DO NOT BE LIKE ME, PAYING A 1227 PREMIUM BECAUSE I WAS TOO STUPID TO HAVE THEM CLEAN IT BEFORE I TOOK DELIVERY.

Josh and Alex were very helpful. I live 3 hours away and were in constant contact with me providing updates along the way. Even as I encountered some hurdles, they continued to think of options and alternatives to meet my goals. Although I did not purchase a vehicle with them (for reasons not related to them or the dealership), I would highly recommend them and will absolutely consider them in the future.

My daughter is planning to pick up her car in the next few days and I hope the in-person experience is much better than on the phone as she has had to speak to 4 different people and send emails. All customers should be treated with good service regardless of if they have a lease, financing or paying in full. Why must she hear excuses with each interaction?
