The staff are very friendly and demonstrate an understanding of the feelings an individual experience when they have a hearing deficit. Lisa is very knowledgeable about the hearing aide prosthesis and is able to trouble shoot onsite to correct problems. The hearing aides have made a significant difference in our lives.
