Dr Chambers did a great job! I would highly recommend him for extraction of your teeth. Pain free even after losing (sadly) 5 teeth and 2 teeth prior. He is personable and has a genuine caring making you feel peaceful in his chair. His girls are great and travel to the different offices with him. I am deeply grateful for their care for me. ️

My surgery went well but working with the administrative support staff was a nightmare from start to finish and ultimately left a terrible taste in my mouth and I would never recommend this practice to anyone. The staff I communicated with over the phone was incredibly rude to me as I was trying to discuss a billing issue that after several months of struggle, I eventually just gave up. Even a certified letter did not get my problem resolved and I have yet to receive a refund I was promised. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

Dear Dr. Eckhart, THANK YOU!!! We would like to sincerely thank you for the prompt, emergency, after hour care that you provided for our son on Thursday, August 13, 2020. We were truly impressed and touched by the thoughtful, caring, and understanding manner in which you cared for our son in his time of need. This was a special day for our family. We were moving our oldest child to college for the first time to a college 900 miles away (University of Alabama). Due to the pandemic, none of us had ever visited the university in person and we were very anxious to see where our son planned to spend the next four years of his life. The vehicle was packed the night before and we were scheduled for an early morning departure. Our son woke up with a swollen face and terrible pain from an abscess. My wife apprised me of the situation and shared that she called the emergency phone number and was waiting for a call from the on call doctor. She shared with me that the office opens at 8:00 a.m. and we would simply be a bit delayed in our travels. At 5:10 a.m. my wife received a call from you and we were simply impressed with your prompt and professional response to our emergency. You saw my son in the office by 6:00 a.m., drained and cleaned his abscess, and provided him with antibiotics. Our family was on our way to the University of Alabama shortly after 7:00 a.m. due to your willingness to see our son immediately. On behalf of our son, and our entire family, THANK YOU! My Conestoga Oral Surgery experience was both helpful and secure. From the checks at the door, to the cleaning of tools and machines used on me by the staff, I felt safe and comfortable. Dr. Iverson informed me of everything he intended to do, and with his assistant, Ms. Courtney, my tooth was extracted before I realized it. I would like to thank all the staff that come to work at this facility through this pandemic, you give hope to those in need.
